Teaching is an art. An art of imaginative, aesthetic, soulful and meaningful great skill with using of strategies and practice. A good teacher always be a learner first. Teachers are not product but they can give better production for any country. Because life is not bounded in classroom. Different kind of life situation teaches us things differently. Therefore it is very essential to know and understand the process to control our life system. It can be possible if one learn effectively. Therefore present paper is a try to focus on how one can teach in innovative way or skills to teach in innovative way. The most important feature of academic focus is teacher’s directions and control. Innovative teaching is basically based on design of course curriculum, assignment, lecture with example, seminars and doing more practical. Linkage between the lectures are necessary to recall the facts. Giving more example during teaching is one of the best formula to understand the components. Teaching should be based on real life experiences which enable students up to date towards learning. But it is also important to be a innovative teacher, a teacher must have sense of humor to inculcate proper training among the students. Therefore a bridge of communication is the primary need to fulfil it.
