| Abstract | This research aims to demonstrate strategies in design studios of architectural pedagogy that enables students to enhance creativity, decision making abilities in architectural design. Teaching strategies to be adopted in design studio are also explained in this paper for better architectural design process from students in design studio. To stimulate student’s creativity, SWOT Analysis, mind mapping in design development, “Ask why five times” can be important decision making techniques. Sketching, physical model and technology driven tools can be important mediums to work on during the design evolution process in an architectural design studio. |
