Abstract | Through this study this is to be examining that hiring manager’sattitudes through a specific selection methods and to introduce a , vital skills sought in new employees, but however why the employees quit the organization. Completed questionnaires were collected from 200 employees and Applicants’ resumes and interviews are conducted to analyze the reason for the turnover. The most frequently used selection methods are discussed in the questions.Generally believe that a major reason for employee turnover is due to salary but apart from this there are so many reasons are available for high turnover. Apart from this the finding suggest the need for discussion on creative human resourceApproaches and a program to increase employee commitment. Implications for management are included. |
