Abstract

C3 refers to a group of persons having similar interest in a particular field. In C3 people can share their knowledge and ideas in their respective fields. Nowadays, people gather information using online portals and through discussions in groups on social networking sites like LinkedIn, facebook, etc. This paper proposes a method called Specialty Data Mining (SDM) to find out the experts of similar field using data mining technique. With the help of this method people can find the expert among the members of common concern community to resolve the problem of a specific area.
