| Abstract | Globalisation reduced the gap between the customer and service provider. The technological advancement has reduced the gap. Even though there are many challenges needs to be taken care by the service providers as some of the technological advancements are not accepted by the customers. Advancement in technology resulted in enhanced efficiency increase the quality of provided by the bank. Financial sector is the one which is more concerned about the advancements and customers.
