Abstract | Fatty acid biosynthesis enzyme(Fab enzyme) remains an important target for antimalarial drug development as it is reported to be elevated during the erythrocytic phase of parasite. The study emphases on toxicity screening of planned analogues inhibiting FabI enzyme directive, a multifunctional protein, using a computational method. Analogues were prepared using ChemDraw Ultra 10 Software and then 3D PDB structure generated. The mark protein, FabI was recovered from RCSB PDB. Lipinski’s rule and ADMET toxicity sketching was conceded out on premeditated analogues .The result proposes that TL23 may an actual molecule representing potential towards targeted site of FabI enzyme and thus endorsing to less toxicity profiling. |
