| Abstract | This research paper endeavours to review the various studies and researches conducted on the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Work Life Balance. The purpose of this Research paper is to discover the role of emotional intelligence in fostering work life balance among the working women professionals. This research paper will help in finding the effects of emotional intelligence on employees and thereby, organizations, and analyzing the various other facets of EI. It will also help to find out the relationship between the Emotional Intelligence (EI) and work life balance (WLB). And will also help us to highlight and analyze the various dimensions influenced by Emotional Intelligence.This research paper is an attempt of exploratory research, based on the secondary data sourced from web-based research, review of print literature, journals, and articles. |
