Abstract

The Presistent Genital Arousal Disorder (PGAD) is unwelcome or uncontrollable orgasms. PGDA is probably recognize but an actual issue for some female. In this disorder the women get sexually active in unwelcomed time. Leiblum and Nathan was firstly described in 2001 and it was acknowledged Presistent sexual arousal syndrome (PSAS) but in 2007 the Leiblum changed the name of the term to Presistent genital arousal disorder. In this paper, we discuss about PGAD, it’s symptoms, causes, treatments, about orgasms, about arousal, and indexing status of Presistent genital arousal disorder in Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder (DSM) which is published by American Psychiatric Association (APA).
