Abstract | With business organisations increasingly finding themselves confronted with ethical issues and dilemmas, concerns for business ethics has also intensified and so has the research interest in the field. Although a lot of research has been conducted on various aspects of ethics, an important area relates to as how can ethical behaviour be imbibed amongst the workforce and to identify the sources of ethical learning that can prove to be effective in promoting ethical behaviour. The present paper attempts to assess this aspect among Indian workforce, examine their perceptions about the sources of ethical learning and identify the best source of ethical learning that can help instil ethicality amongst respondents. Based on findings of the survey, implications have been spelt out and directions for future researches in the area have been provided. |
