The present paper ascertains that m-learning is the most tangible method to train an English as a Second Language (ESL) classroom, where the learners are benefited in more than one way. The use of mobile applications or apps has widened the threshold of teaching-learning process towards a new paradigm. Learning with mobile apps detains the monotony of a traditional classroom, thereby actuating an interactive or collaborative learning environment. Mobile apps not only help enrich the classroom activities, but also provide optimal solutions to improve the quality of education. The paper also focuses on the use of mobile apps to enhance the communicative skills of the students, and suggests the need to implement educational apps into the college’s core curriculum so as to strengthen the employability skills of the students.
